What you're buying

The Full Action Plan is a one-time purchase. It unlocks the prioritized action plan, printable and spreadsheet exports, and one saved space for the account used at checkout.

Multi-Site is a subscription that renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. It includes everything in the Full Action Plan and up to 25 saved spaces.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and are in US dollars.

Refunds: digital products

The Full Action Plan and Multi-Site are digital products, delivered instantly when your payment is confirmed. Because the value is delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable once access has been unlocked.

We will make it right, with a fix or a full refund, if:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase,
• you were charged but never received access, or
• a technical problem on our side stops you from using what you bought and we can't fix it.

Email hello@mindfulin.com within 30 days of the charge, with the email address you used at checkout. If a purchase is refunded, access to the paid features for that purchase ends.

Cancelling Multi-Site

You can cancel any time from your account → Receipts and billing. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for unused time.

Physical products from our shop

This tool sells digital products only. Physical items bought from the Mindful:SPC shop are made to order or shipped by our fulfillment partners, and follow the shop's refund policy:

• Printed items (made to order through Printify): if an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, or the package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a free replacement or a refund. There's no need to return the item. Because each item is made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.
• Items shipped by partner suppliers (through Syncee): returns and refunds follow the supplier's return terms shown on the product page, including the return window and return address. Contact us first and we'll arrange it with the supplier.

What this tool is not

The Sensory Space Self-Audit is a self-guided starting point for practical environmental changes. It is not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional, and it is not an accessibility compliance review or legal advice. Using it doesn't create a clinical relationship. Your results reflect the answers you give. Taking the audit is voluntary, and you can skip items or stop at any time.
