The free audit

Your answers are stored only in your own browser on this device. They're sent to our server only when you ask for a paid action plan or save a space to your account.

If you buy

• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• What we store: your email address and Stripe customer ID, what you bought and its status, and any spaces you save (their names and your ratings).
• Cookies: one sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
• Email: we only email you about your purchase or account, such as a sign-in link you ask for. We don't add you to marketing email.

How long we keep it

• Saved spaces and account details: kept while your account is in use. You can delete saved spaces any time from your account.
• Deletion on request: email hello@mindfulin.com and we'll delete your account details and saved spaces within 30 days.
• Purchase and payment records: kept for 7 years, because tax and accounting rules require it. These records don't include your audit answers.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this tool: Stripe (payments) and Netlify (hosting and storage). We don't sell your information.
